How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Interpretationfilms Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Interpretationfilms Septic went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Interpretationfilms Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@interpretationfilms.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Comes After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
